Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, using our own refractory clay as raw material and has a large mold workshop. We can produce more than 50,000 basins and 20,000 toilets per month. Our skilled workers polish each basin and toilet by hand to keep it flat, and then check the semi-finished products one by one to ensure that there are no defects. We use imported self-cleaning glaze spray products to make the surface of the products flat and smooth, reducing dirt and bacteria breeding. We have a modern fully automatic computer-controlled tunnel kiln, which fires the products at a temperature of more than 1285 degrees Celsius and controls the water absorption rate below 0.5%, making the products strong and durable. Our quality inspection department checks the production process one by one to ensure 100% quality control. Since 2019, Urich has developed the production of smart toilets. From accessories to complete machines, our engineers and workers will carefully check to minimize after-sales problems of smart products and ensure that customers can have a brand new high-quality experience.
